Something for Everyone at Fairwood UMC!

At Fairwood UMC, we offer many ministries and opportunities for anyone who wants to get plugged into a Christian faith. As our Church family continues to grow, the potential for new ministry opportunities also continues to grow. We believe that with God's help,  "the sky's the limit",  and we are already taking action. Together, we are seeking out the needs of God's people, sharing ideas that could nurture these needs, and doing whatever is possible to turn these ideas into realities. We welcome ALL to join us on this progressive journey that God has set forth for our congregation.  New Ministries

Children's Church featuring the fun and interactive KIDMO program is offered for our children (3yrs-6th grade) during our 10:45 worship service. The KIDMO program is not about information, but transformation. Not just biblical stories, but a biblical worldview. It is a great way to teach God’s truth in ways that impact a child’s choices and actions in creative and imaginative ways. At children's church, kids don't just learn about God, they get a chance to experience Him. We hope to inspire each child not just to learn but to do. For more information click here.

Young Adults' Sunday Morning Group This group is designed to provide a relevant view of Christianity in the daily lives of adults in their 20s and 30s.  The group meets every sunday morning at 9:45 in the Family Life Center for coffee, donuts, and fellowship. The group is made up of mothers, fathers, young professionals, college students, etc. which provides a great chance for discussion, learning, and Christian growth.  

Bread of Life Ministry  Jesus said, "I am the Bread of Life, whoever comes to me will never go hungry and whoever believes in me will never be thirsty." John 6:35.  Every Sunday we give out loaves of bread to each of our guests and provide information about the opportunities at Fairwood UMC. It is our hope that by visiting our worship and receiving this gift,  our guests be filled with the love and joy of Jesus Christ and continue to worship with us.
